End of Summer Flowers in Watercolor

Greetings from Port Deposit, Maryland! whee!........still on vacation!

I did some cards in advance and this is the last one. AAA CAS Card Challenges is running the popular

PLAY with Watercolors! ....(I still love watercolor cards sooooooooo much :)

I like the flowers cut off the page, so that's how I taped the stencil. No name for the stencil, it's ancient. Tim Holt pre-cut watercolor paper and sweet green and orange cardstocks from a Simon Says Card Pack with Distress stains. I've got clear sequins on the card but gee whiz they are they hard to see.  Slopping the paint down was a blast! My sentiment is from Jellibean.

Visit the challenge at AAA Cards and
pop in your cool watercolor creation too!

Cheers, Victoria

  2. LOVE the effect and the color combo. Must try this, though my previous attempts to do something similar have the watercolors running underneath the stencil. Got any tips??? Enjoy your vacation. They don't come often enough.
