We went out to dinner and thought these potato's were wonderful!
MMmmmm Yum. We recently moved and changed neighborhoods. It's so fun
trying out the new restaurants. Somehow we didn't realize that Gusto's
was an Italian restaurant until we were sitting. I had salmon with
scrumptious rice. My husband had stuffed pork medallions. Huge servings
are the norm at Italian places, and here too-but really, really good.
And we are folks that generally shy away from Italian food. We did need a
doggie bag.
We started with warm italian bread with dipping oil. My husband loves
olive oil. Before the meal we also ate Crunchy Potatoes with Parmesan.
OMGoodness! Those were sooooooooo delicious!
The very next day I saw a recipe for the potatoes at Pinterest. I've bought it back here for you to enjoy too, so enjoy them with gusto!

Use big
ziploc bag to coat the potatoes.
Toss potatoes with olive oil, Italian
seasoning and salt in a ziplock bag to coat.
Place in a single layer on
a baking sheet lined with foil.
Bake at 450 for 15 -20 minutes, until
lightly brown.
Top with Parmesan cheese and bake an additional 5
minutes.
